We had another wonderful weekend with Lisa Wilcox. To quote Sanna…”we got our butts whipped, in a good way”!

10 horses, 30 auditors, a great lunch, good weather…ha! a great weekend.

Lisa will be back in September.

We are finalizing several very interesting upcoming clinics. Watch the website for details.

Lance, Fred, William, Lindsey and I will be in Toronto from the beginning of May till the end of June. I will be back and forth, working around the show schedule there. Linds and the horses will be home after the last CDI in Montreal, end of June. Watch for updates as our journey begins next month!!

Massage for Grooms Workshop March 28, 2009

This workshop was totally a wonderful weekend. My staff ideas were the impetuous for putting together the concept of this workshop. They felt they needed more education to help their daily work with our horses. I agreed! More knowledge is a great thing!

I spoke with our therapist Maria McDowell and we both concurred Tina Watkins would be the professional to handle this workshop. Tina has worked with our horses for years and now with the recent birth of her daughter, has changed her massage work to more instructing of equine therapists. She did a bang up job and put together a detailed, clear and understandable day. We all have tools to make our horses more comfortable between massage sessions.
