Flying Colours Stables opened November 1, 1998.

The barn is heated and features 17 box stalls. The stable hosts 31 horses on 31 acres, an acre per horse.

The barn and arena are light and airy, with many south facing windows. The barn has two tack locker areas, a hot/cold wash rack, laundry area, and two grooming stalls.

Our 80’ X 200' (24M X 62M) indoor arena has the best in rubber/sand footing. The indoor arena is effectively mirrored along one end.

For outdoor riding, we also have an excellent 100’ X 300’ outdoor sand arena.

Horses are turned out daily into numerous outdoor paddocks with heated waterers. The sand footing in all paddocks maintains good all-weather stability. Individual or grouped tournout as needed. Boxes are mucked out and bedded daily. Horses are blanketed, booted, and wrapped as necessary.

The horses at Flying Colours are 'elite' athletes and treated as such. Each horse has a personal feed program tailored to their individual nutritional and exercise needs. Horses are fed four times daily.

Regular herd vet program includes vaccinations, worming, teeth floating, travel document examinations.

Regular farrier service weekly. Bimonthly equine practitioner visits. Regularly scheduled saddle fitting services. Pulsed magnetic therapy blanket available to all equine athletes.

Flying Colours hosts events every second weekend. All events are open to the public, and Flying Colours welcomes visitors to their day-to-day working environment. Vickie teaches daily from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
